Hilton Garden Inn Lakewood, Lakewood

I have mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The room was warm and comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional upon my arrival, which I appreciated. However, there were a few misses with the service, like finding items left by the previous guest in the room. The location was excellent, with convenient access to a supermarket nearby, but the dining experience was a bit pricey and not as expected.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. On one hand, the room I stayed in had a persistent mildew smell and felt damp, making me wonder about the insulation. On the other hand, the staff from the front office to housekeeping were genuinely friendly and helpful. The location, right off the Garden State Parkway, was really convenient, but the dining options were a bit lacking. Overall, it was an okay experience with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms needed a complete refresh and had a mildew smell, they were surprisingly warm, comfortable, and well set up for our arrival. However, the lighting was too dark, the carpeting was tacky, giving an old-age look to the room. The service, especially from David at the front desk at night, was incredibly friendly and fantastic. The location was very convenient, right off the Garden State Parkway, close to stores, yet slightly overpriced for the area. The hotel facilities were decent, offering dry cleaning and laundry services.
